Procurement Process

Two Sleeves Up has recently been vetted through a comprehensive tender, evaluation and approval process before being appointed to the Local Buy contract.  We are appointed to the Prequalified Supplier Arrangement for BUS272 Business, Finance and Organisational Management Services.
Under this arrangement, we can supply pre-approved services to the Queensland state government, Australian government, Queensland and interstate local governments, Local government-owned corporations, Statutory bodies, Universities and Not-for-profit organisations.
It’s as easy as asking your local procurement specialist to use the Local Buy Arrangement to access special discounted rates. 

Human Resources Process

Two Sleeves Up can provide resources through the Queensland Government Standing Offer Arrangement for Temporary and Contracted Workers Preferred Supplier Panel for some of our services such as human resources and finance.
While you may typically find our team working on projects through the procurement process, we offer some of our services through a bespoke human resource process that allows one of our team members to fill in for someone while they are on leave or while a recruitment process is in progress. 
Our team is happy to work together within your budget and timeframes, to supply the best products and services.
